Worth County Fair Queen Contest
Queen candidates, this is your chance showcase your poise, character, build friendships and represent Worth County at the Iowa State Fair in August! Ladies 16-21 living in Worth County (or an adjoining county with a majority of activities in Worth County) are welcome to apply. You do not need to be part of Worth County 4-H to qualify. Entry form, questionnaire, contest rules, and guardian consent form can be downloaded below. To enter, complete all three forms and submit to Kim Hennigar with a a recent photo (4×6 or smaller) by May 31, 2023. Judging will take place June 5, 2023 at 1pm in the Worth County Community Room.

Open Class Exhibits
All Worth County residents are welcome and encouraged to enter exhibits in the Worth County Fair’s open classes. A full list of our open and floral classes can be downloaded below. Entries will be displayed throughout the fair in the Open Class area of the 4-H Exhibit Building or the Floral Hall.
Baby Contest
Do you know a baby with the chubbiest cheeks, prettiest eyes, or most hair? Of course you do! Bring that adorable little one to the baby contest for their chance to shine. Babies will be divided into 6-12 month and 12-18 month age groups. Either the baby or grandparent/’adoptive’ grandparent must live in Worth County. Registration is the day of the event, and full details can be downloaded below.
